POSITION: Brand Commercial and Operations Intern

Purpose of role
As the Brand Commercial and Operations Intern, your key mission is to support the brand in all areas of commercial and operational success which support the growth and development of LOEWE Perfumes. Within this role, you will support both London Head Office, Madrid HQ and Store Teams to achieve targets and goals, as well as execute and analyse marketing activations.
Main Responsibilities
Stock and Wholesale Support
- Support in general commercial admin, such as new line forms, price queries, discontinuations and order validation
- Use weekly sales by sku reports to support on stock and cover management for key retailers
- Internal stock management such as loans and gifting for marketing and PR purposes
Marketing and VM
- Support in the implementation of trade plans for major retailers, in particular pop-up sites and customer events in store or online (gifting, set-up of the room/space, catering…)
- Manage administrative tasks for marketing team such as couriers and development of local marketing tools (brochures, invites…)
- Support marketing team with planograms to make sure that all doors have right level of VM
- Store visits to implement anything from VM updates to full store launches
Reporting and Analysis
- Provide Retail and Wholesale analysis
- Analyse new launch performance
- Competitor pricing analysis
- Ad hoc reporting as needed
Meetings and Training Sessions
- Schedule and organise team conferences and training sessions
- Set-up external meetings such as strategy meetings with retailers (catering, decoration, gifting…)
- Support in building retailer and training presentations
- Support Retail Manager with their schedule and meetings organisation
General administration
- PO and Budget management

Key Competencies/Technical Skills
- Passionate about the beauty/luxury sector with an interest to develop your understanding of all the moving parts of a growing business
- Able to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks and projects, remaining agile to change
- Able to work independently, naturally proactive and able to use initiative
- Strong analytical mindset, able to work with large volumes of data
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Profile
- Positive energy, with a can-do attitude and a genuine desire to learn
- Fluent in English
- Previous work experience required
