Moët Hennessy encompasses the wines and spirits activities of LVMH as world leader of the luxury sector; present in more than 150 countries, sharing the culture of excellence, tradition, innovation and authenticity of the Maisons all around the world.

We are looking for an intern (m/w/d) for our Travel Retail team to join us in Munich from the 1st of July 2024.

Your main tasks will be to support the international Travel Retail business, including the demand & supply planning of 5 key markets: Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland & the UK. You will support the Key Account team on a daily basis with Business Administration & Development topics. You will also have the opportunity to support some trade marketing activations on the Cruise Line channel.

Your area of ​​activity includes the following tasks:

  • Manage demand and supply planning in the respective markets
  • Purchase order management in coordination with the teams in France and Germany
  • Monthly Financial forecasting, sell-in & depletion analysis
  • Performance analysis: brands, market share
  • Identification and conversion of Ad-Hoc business development opportunities
  • Responsible for the administration and coordination of POS material
  • Punctual support on marketing activations (project management, Events…)
  • Conducting market research and preparing presentations

Профиль

  • You are currently enrolled or have recently graduated from a relevant Bachelor/Master programs
  • First experiences through internships in the consumer goods sector, ideally in the Wine & spirits or luxury industry
  • Excellent written and spoken English; German and/or French is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of Business Intelligence tools: Power BI, Anaplan, SAP… is a plus
  • Taste for business development and target oriented with very good organizational skills
  • Independent, committed and good communication skills
  • High degree of teamwork and open-mindedness
  • Interest in the Wine & Spirits industry
