Department Manger Dior HOMME - TSUM Moscow


Profile

  • A minimum of two years experience in relevant management function
  • Expertise in the specifics of the product of all categories in Men Department
  • Understanding the ways of achievement sales plan of the Department of at least 100%, through the organization and planning of the work of employees
  • Expirience in clientelle methodology
  • English language (mínimum pre-intermediate)

Additional information

Management of the Department's commercial performance:

-Will be responsible for the achievement of commercial objectives in respect of company policies and set the highest standards

-Provide feedback on clientele and product line performances and ability to implement action plans

-Develop loyal clientele and network to build channels for introducing new clientele

-To make the most effective use of space and stock available to the boutique by maximising sales and minimising wastage of resources through the team

-To ensure that the merchandise is displayed effectively using promotional material to reflect current demand

-To work closely with the Product Manager to provide effective feedback, ensuring that popular selling lines are replenished on time

-To achieve the boutique capture rate and mystery result targets

-Handle any situation with customers

-Awareness of competitor activity and communicate this to the team

-Full knowledge of back office functions and boutique analysis (CRM, client recruitment, P&L, store activities, stock control, reports, VM rules etc)

 

Daily management operations:

-  Assume all management responsibilities for the store (including all aspects of stock management, accounting and cash)

-  Maintain the store at the quality level required by CD in terms of merchandising (displays, cleaning and appearance)

-  Network and build business relations with Department Managers

Management of the store team

-  Lead the store team, organising their day to day work in the store and ensuring the quality of sales

-  Oversee with HR the recruitment, training, evaluation, motivation and development of the staff
